Welcome to Hearth & Olive drop off catering. Do you want amazing food without all off the cost of a full catered event? Our drop off menus are very seasonal and subject to change. If you are viewing a summer menu but your event is in the fall. This option is great for everything from a simple office lunch to a special event. Want us to grill your skewers or help in the kitchen. No problem. We can send out a chef or two to cook skewers over our konro grill with white oak charcoal or assist with heating your whole woodfired lamb shoulder for you.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Business Hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. Deliveries are available 7 days a week and are subject to availability. Pick Ups are available Monday through Saturday.
All ORDERS REQUIRE A THREE BUSINESS DAY NOTICE
To qualify for pick up or delivery, we require a $250 food minimum. We encourage you to place orders with us with as much prior notice to your event to ensure availability.
Our Drop Off catering is delivered in disposable aluminum pans that are lined with Kraft parchment paper and labeled with name, instructions and disposable serving utensils. We are happy to set up everything in a simple buffet style upon arrival or allow you enough time to re-plate the items on your own platters. Compostable plates, utensils, and napkins are available upon request for an additional fee upon request. Servers are available upon request and are based on availability. A Konro grill and chef is available to grill skewers live at your event at an extra cost. Or we can use your grill.
Delivery charges are based on date, time, and location of delivery. Delivery rates start at $60. Additional mileage fees are charged for deliveries outside of a 10-mile radius from our commerce location at $5 a mile. Multiple deliveries in one day will incur multiple delivery charges.
Delivery Times and Location can be adjusted up until noon on the business day prior to your event. If the delivery location provided is incorrect and our driver must attempt a delivery at another location, a second delivery fee will be charged. Our driver will wait 15 minutes at the given location before returning to the Heirloom LA kitchen. If requested to return to the location, a second delivery fee will be charged.
Menu revisions must be made three business days in advance.
We require full payment three business days prior to your event. Orders are confirmed after payment has been received. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and policies stated on your invoice.
Once payment is processed, all sales and menu selections are final.
Pricing and availability of menus is based on seasonality. All pricing is subject to change until an estimate is created.
