We support local farmers in search for inspiration in creating our interpretation. The secular & religious. Focused on Israeli culture, with a diverse population of immigrants from more than 100 countries we gather influence from Lebanon, Eastern Europe, Israel to Morocco. A vibrant culture created out of conflict & unrest is now emerging as a melting pot of hundreds of different cultures & cuisines with complexity, nutrition & beauty.

Hearth & Olive offers full private event & wedding catering services. We offer tray passed & placed appetizers as well as abundant & colorful mezze tables. Beautiful Grains, rice & wood fired flatbreads. Imagine a row of Chefs & Konro grills burning white oak charcoaled grains and vegetables. Finish it off with our sweet confections, desserts & even liquid nitrogen vegan ice cream or tahini milkshakes. Hearth & Olive catered both my wedding and bachelorette party in January, and I couldn’t have been happier with them! We loved the idea of having true Israeli fusion food at our low-maintenance Jewish wedding. Working with Jason was amazing and the food he made surpassed all of my expectations. He worked with me to create custom menus for each event so that there wouldn’t be any repeats. He even designed delicious custom cocktails for the wedding reception that were the hit of the night! Everyone loved the food too and said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had.
Our party was a Mediterranean theme. The authentic dishes were exactly what Jason delivered. Jason and his crew blew us away. It was a true culinary experience. The mezzes and entrees were not only fantastic and unique, the ingredient was fresh from the farmers market that very same day. Jason added a special touch by preparing the appetizers in front if our guest adding not only great entertainment but a very personal experience for our guest. The portable wood burning oven is so unique and is a true crowd pleaser. Jason thank you for making our party so special.

Insanely brilliant concept here. For my boyfriend’s birthday I wanted something unique, fresh and flavorful and what arrived far exceeded my expectations the food was gorgeously fresh with insane flavor profiles, truly gourmet. I went with the drop off service so I could I save some money and serve in my own family heirloom dishware. I can’t recommend Heath and Olive and Chef Jason enough!
